Hidden Cove Apartments at 107 P A Johns Road # 265, Milledgeville, Georgia.

I have lived in Hidden Cove for the past three years. The first apartment i stayed in the bathroom ceiling started to leak. I told Henry the apartment owner and he said he'd fix it. Well shortly after it kept leaking... It started to mold and rot. So every week id tell Henry, hey my ceiling is leaking and its starting to mold. Later it still wasn't fixed. After a few months the ceiling started to cave in. Finally after three months the whole ceiling fell through. I had to live in that apartment for 4 months before it was even fixed. Not to mention the health risk i took breathing in the mold shortly i had a electrical problem. I had a shocket spark (nothing was plugged in) and almost caught the apartment on fire. So i moved into another apartment in hidden cove. I figured hey this might workout better. Within the first year there was a leak in the kitchen. It rotted the cabinets in the kitchen. five months later it finally got fixed. Now im worried to use the electrical shockets because they all melted my surge protectors.
Also there are bats living in the walls which is a hude health risk. So if you feel like paying your hard earned money on a place to live i'd think twice about Hidden Cove. I've stayed in two different apartments here, and had the same problems...
